There is a possibility you could be pregnant. Any time there is semen/sperm anywhere in or near the vagina there is always a possibility of pregnancy. That is the reason we recommend that if there is any plan for male body fluid near a female vagina that condoms be used start to finish. As semen contains sperm, which can, in turn, impart pregnancy to a female partner, the semen itself also can contact bacteria or viruses that can share STDs (sexually transmitted disease), as can female secretions. So, if your partner ejaculates near the vagina, he should be wearing a condom. You should make an appointment with your healthcare provider if you think you are pregnant.
