First, how long have you been on Serzone and symptom free? If you have been on Serzone for a year, symptom free, great. Start to slowly decreasing your medication 50mg/100mg every 2 weeks, depending on your dose. Do not stop "cold turkey!" If symptoms return restart or go back to the last dose you were on. If you do stop on your won please tell whoever started you on the medication so they know. This is very important.
